Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase:
- Eligibility: Submit a return or exchange request within 30 days of delivery. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- How to Initiate:
- Email mkstone003@outlook.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions for shipping.
- Shipping: Returns are shipped at your cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
- Exchanges depend on stock availability; any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
